Privacy policy

Sky-N-Sea International, Inc. ("we", "us") rents aviation survival equipment. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote form you give us your name, company, email, phone number, aircraft and trip details. We use these only to prepare your quote and arrange the rental.
- Direct contact. If you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation so we can follow up on your enquiry.
- Technical data. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. If analytics is enabled, and only after you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects page-view statistics. These are pseudonymous: a cookie recognizes your browser on return visits, but we do not know who you are.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who processes your data
- Form delivery. Quote form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree (formspree.io), which processes the form contents to send them to our email. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that transfer.
- WhatsApp. If you choose to message us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms processes that conversation under WhatsApp's terms.
- Fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
- Analytics (optional). If enabled, Google Analytics collects usage data after you consent. Advertising features and data sharing with Google's ad products are switched off. You can decline in the cookie notice or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. One small item is stored in your browser only to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept.
How long we keep information
Quote and rental records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the rental, meet accounting obligations, and handle any follow-up. Inquiries that do not lead to a rental are deleted within a reasonable period.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to ops@skynsea-intl.com or call +1 561-676-7283.
Children
This site is intended for aviation professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
